A request to construct an addition within the limits of the side yards at 18 Euclid Avenue, Wyoming, OH 45215 was denied as the proposal violates Section 1155.04(b) of the City of Wyoming Codified Ordinances, which regulates side yard setbacks in the ‘A’ Single Family Residence District.
