How Do I Apply for a Permit?
Online permitting is now available through the Cloudpermit platform. To apply for a residential building permit or zoning certificate (residential or commercial properties), visit us.cloudpermit.com to start an application.

If you are a first-time user to Cloudpermit, you will need to register for an account and login with your new username and password. Once you have logged into your account, you can create and submit a permit application, pay permit fees, upload requested information, and message with City staff. Please note that permits for residential properties are applied for under the “Building Permit” application option. Permits for commercial properties and special uses (i.e. daycares, food trucks, temporary outdoor dining) are applied for under the “Land Use” application option.
