Overview
The Community Improvement Corporation (CIC) was created in 1991 for the purposes of advancing, encouraging, and promoting industrial, economic, commercial, residential, and civic development and specifically to implement the City Master Plan.
The Community Improvement Corporation membership consists of seven trustees representing City Council, the Planning Commission, Economic Development Commission, and the community at large.
