   This form can be used to nominate a Wyoming citizen who has made significant volunteer contributions to Wyoming and/or the general Cincinnati community. Nominations will be accepted through October 31.

18. Submit a letter of nomination by using this form or by email to rleininger@wyomingohio.gov and tell us about your nominee. Be sure to include the information requested above, and be as specific as possible with dates of activities, honors, and awards. It is suggested that volunteer contributions involve a range of activities. (If nominating a couple for a joint award, the couple has to have been jointly involved in activities.) Again, you may mail or email your nomination story to Rachel Leininger at rleininger@wyomingohio.gov or by mail to the City Building attention Citizen of the Year.
