July 31, 2025
Curb repairs are complete. Final paving work scheduled for week of August 18th. Once the surface course is placed, a pavement rejuvenator will be applied followed by high visibility thermoplastic paint markings.
July 11, 2025
All of the streets have been milled and had the intermediate course of pavement completed. The asphalt base repairs have been completed on all streets. The downtown area streets were surfaced before the July 4th parade. Curb repairs are complete on approximately 3/4 of the streets and is ongoing. Burns Ave from Wyoming Ave to Chestnut was added due to some quantity under-runs on work items such as curb replacements and full depth repairs. Once the curb repairs are completed, the surface course will be paved on all remaining streets. Once the surface course is placed, a pavement rejuvenator will be applied followed by high visibility thermoplastic paint markings. The contractor is hoping to have all work completed before mid-August, which would be well ahead of schedule.

Due to some quantity under-runs, we are able to add Burns Ave from Wyoming Ave to Chestnut to Phase 1 of this project.
June 16, 2025
All of the streets have been milled and had the intermediate course of pavement completed. The asphalt base repairs have been completed on all streets. Curb repairs are complete on approximately half of the streets and is ongoing. Manhole/casting adjustments are scheduled for this week. The contractor is hoping to have all work completed before mid-August, which would be well ahead of schedule.
May 30, 2025
Curb repairs have begun on the streets that were initially milled and paved with the intermediate course. This curb work will continue on various streets over the next several weeks. The remaining streets (Wyoming Ave., Wentworth, Van Roberts, Chestnut, and Grove (Wyoming to Wentworth) will be milled and paved with the intermediate course the week of June 2.
