The City currently has vacancies on these boards/commissions:

Economic Development Commission
The Economic Development Commission (EDC) works with City Council, developers, residents, and the business community with a focus on improving the economic climate of the City. The Economic Development Commission consists of seven citizens, and representatives from the Planning Commission and City Council and currently has two vacancies available. They meet as needed on the first Tuesday of every other month at 7:30 a.m. in the Conference Room of the City Building. Community Improvement Corporation
The Community Improvement Corporation (CIC) was created in 1991 for the purposes of advancing, encouraging, and promoting industrial, economic, commercial, distribution, research development, residential, and civic development and specifically to implement the City Urban Design Plan (Master Plan).

The Community Improvement Corporation membership consists of seven trustees representing City Council, the Planning Commission, Economic Development Commission, and the community at-large. Meetings are generally held on the third Friday of the month at 8:00 a.m. in the Conference Room of the City Building, 800 Oak Avenue. Historic Preservation Commission
The Historic Preservation Commission (HPC) makes evaluations of the historic resources of the City and makes recommendations to City Council for legislative action. The Commission consists of two at-large citizens and two Historic District residents, plus representatives from the Wyoming Historical Society, Architectural Review Board, City Council, and City staff. They meet the third Wednesday of each month. The vacancy currently available needs to be filled by a residentAt-Large (meaning you do not have to live in the Historic District or in one of the properties outside the District but on the National Registry. Records Commission
The Records Commission consists of the City Manager as chairman, the Finance Director, the City Solicitor, and a resident appointed by the City Manager. The Commission is governed by the Ohio Revised Code sections dealing with municipal records commissions and adopts such rules and regulations as are necessary to carry out the mandates of municipal records commissions pursuant to Ohio R.C. 149.39. The Records Commission generally meets two times a year for approximately 15-20 minutes prior to the July and December City Council meetings. Income Tax Review Board
The Income Tax Review Board approves all rules and regulations/amendments to the Codified Ordinances governing the City of Wyoming income tax.  It consists of three citizens and a staff member and meets only as needed.
