Board of Zoning Appeals
The City is accepting applications from residents interested in serving on the Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA). The BZA hears and decides appeals presented by citizens regarding decisions made by the City Manager as they relate to the current planning and zoning codes. The Board consists of four citizens, a City Council member, and a staff representative. The Board of Zoning Appeals meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. If you are interested in being considered for this volunteer opportunity please click here for the application form. Once completed, you may return it to the City Manager by email to ltetley@wyomingohio.gov or drop it off to the City Building during normal business hours.

Civil Service Commission
The Civil Service Commission determines the positions of employment that comprise the classified and unclassified service of the City. The Commission establishes the method and procedure for determining merit and fitness for employment and promotion in the classified service, and such other matters relating to classified employment service as may be necessary and proper. The Commission consists of three citizens and meets on an as needed basis. If you are interested in being considered for this volunteer opportunity click here for the application form.
