NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Wyoming City Council will hold 2 public hearings on Monday, September 21, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. regarding alteration/demolition applications for the following:

A demolition application for an individually designated Historic Property, for the proposed two-car detached garage replacement construction at 129 Springfield Pike.

An alteration application for a property in the Village Historic District, for the proposed one-story front porch replacement construction at 5 Clark Avenue.

The public hearings are held in accordance with §1336.06 of the Wyoming Codified Ordinances. The hearings will not take place in person in the Wyoming City Council Chambers due to the current public health concerns related to COVID-19, instead will take place electronically, and will be webcast via the City’s Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/wyomingoh/. You may also ask questions and/or provide comment remotely via ZOOM by calling into a telephone number and entering a meeting ID number which will be provided at the start of the public hearing. The public is invited to comment and/or ask questions.
