Project updates:
6/9/2023: Alpha Construction has completed the demolition work and will begin underground utility work next week. The project is scheduled for completion October 1, 2023.
5/22/2023: Alpha Construction will begin work the week of June 29. The project is scheduled for completion October 1, 2023.
4/17/2023: Bids were opened on April 13, 2023 with Alpha Construction as the low bid at approximately $1.4 million. A resolution to award a contract is on the agenda for the April 17, 2023 City Council meeting.
