The Human Resources Department reports directly to the City Manager and is staffed by a full time Director of Administration. The Human Resources Department is committed to providing high quality services to City staff as well as to the citizens we serve. We strive to ensure a safe, healthy, and productive work environment.

The department has the responsibility for civil service, policies and procedures, benefit administration, employee wellness, personnel record maintenance, employment law interpretation, and regulatory compliance.
