Appeals must be filed within thirty (30) days after the date of the decision by the City Manager, (or representative thereof), from which the denial is made. All appeals must be in the form of a typewritten letter and must include sufficiently detailed plans to clearly show the scope of the work, if applicable. Eight copies of the application and all required information, including the plans and survey, must be submitted in order for the appeal to be considered. A filing fee of $200 must accompany the application.
