October 12, 2019 @ 9:00 am – 3:00 pm America/New York Timezone

Meeting Location: Lincoln Heights Elementary, 1115 Adams St. 45215

We have found a great opportunity coming up in October that we would like to let everyone know about. Habitat for Humanity is holding their bi-annual Rock the Block event in Lincoln Heights on Saturday, October 12 from 9am-3pm.

Rock the Block is a great event that brings a community closer together through exterior home repairs and neighborhood clean-up projects including painting, landscaping and trash pick-up. Volunteers will assist over 25 homeowners with exterior home repairs and clean up, work on a home build, and make improvements to a park and the school playground.

Hamilton County Planning + Development is very involved in Rock the Block as well as other projects in Lincoln Heights including the development of six Habitat for Humanity homes.

Habitat is still in need of volunteers for this awesome event! Let’s bring our communities’ closer together by reaching out where we can. Please share this information with anyone who may be interested! We look forward to meeting you at Rock the Block on October 12!
