Public Works Department
The Wyoming Public Works Department prides itself on its commitment to provide residents of Wyoming the highest level of public service possible in a fiscally responsible manner. To ensure that our community remains beautiful and safe, the Public Works Department provides the following services to the City:
- City Facility Construction and Maintenance
- Street Reconstruction
- Maintenance of City Parks, Athletic Fields, and Recreation Facilities
- Snow and Ice Removal
- City Landscaping
- Leaves to Mulch Program
- Waste Management
The Public Works Department consists of 14 full-time employees and one part-time employee. The Department is supplemented with seasonal workers in the summer to assist with lawn maintenance, landscaping, and athletic field preparation.

Public Works Department Hours: Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The Water Plant is staffed 24 hours per day.
