Community Improvement Corporation

The Community Improvement Corporation (CIC) was created in 1991 for the purposes of advancing, encouraging and promoting industrial, economic, commercial, distribution, research development, residential and civic development and specifically to implement the City Master Plan.

The Community Improvement Corporation membership consists of seven trustees representing City Council, the Planning Commission, Economic Development Commission, and the community at-large. Meetings are generally held on the third Friday of the month at 8:00 a.m. in the Conference Room of the City Building, 800 Oak Avenue.
