The Board of Zoning Appeals is a quasi-judicial board, which hears and decides appeals and variance requests presented by citizens regarding the current zoning code and related regulations. The BZA is established by Chapter 1137 of the Zoning Code. The Board consists of four citizens, a City Council member, and a staff representative. The Board of Zoning Appeals meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m.

The Board of Zoning Appeals meets monthly when an application for an Appeal has been submitted by the deadline date. The meeting minutes will be posted here once they approved by the members at the next meeting.
