July 4th Celebrations (Rain Date-Wednesday, July 5)

9:00 a.m. Parade registration for neighborhoods at the gazebo on Wyoming Avenue
10:00 a.m. Parade begins; games and awards follow afterwards at the Village Green gazebo on Wyoming Avenue
12:00-5:00 p.m. Free swimming for all residents at the Wyoming Family Aquatic Center
1:00-4:00 p.m. Muddy Pig event at North Park
5:30-9:30 p.m. Inflatable slides, bounces, and games at Oak Park
6:00-9:30 p.m. Music by Second Wind at Oak Park
9:45 p.m. Rozzi’s Famous Fireworks

Parade Theme:  Music of America
Parade Route: Line up on Oak Avenue, go west on Wyoming Avenue, north on Springfield Pike, east on Wentworth Avenue, south on Burns Avenue, and then east on Wyoming Avenue.
Fireworks Parking: Please park on one of the surrounding streets and walk to Oak Park. A shuttle bus will operate from in front of the high school on Pendery Avenue and from the Tot Lot/Tennis Court lot beginning at 7:30 p.m. Shuttles will run up to one hour after the fireworks. Parking at Oak Park will be restricted to emergency vehicles.
Muddy Pig Registration: Pre-registration (at the Rec Center) ends June 30 or register at the event. Cost is $10 per person.
